When we deliver your installation we obviously provide you with the necessary user guide and documentation. In the event of a malfunction, you can always depend on our support department.

Remote and on-site support

In practice, we are usually able to resolve malfunctions easily by telephone or e-mail. The same also applies for malfunctions of gas burners or electrics. If a malfunction is the result of overdue maintenance, our mechanics are quickly on site to rectify the problem by carrying out a service.
