Flash-off booths
Perfect transition from wet to dry
If a wet coating layer enters a dry booth too quickly, the surface will be dry while the layer of paint underneath is still wet. This can give rise to craters on the top layer. To prevent this it is possible to create a transition zone between wet coating and drying. The flash-off booth, as it is called, provides the ideal conditions (i.e. evaporation and aeration) to prevent the lacquer layer from drying too quickly and creates an optimal finish.
