Open and closed (conveyor) ovens

Soloan builds powder-coating ovens in all models and sizes, but in particular chamber ovens and conveyor ovens. We can custom design and manufacture your powder coating oven: open conveyor ovens with air vents and chamber ovens or conveyor ovens with manual or automatic throughput and doors.

Fully fitted powder coating ovens

Soloan powder coating ovens are suitable for high temperatures (to 240 °C) due to the stone wall insulated panels that are 150 mm thick. The panels are mounted in a frame and fitted with profiles to prevent heat loss. The oven is heated using gas, but other fuels (oil, LPG or diesel) and electric heating are also possible.

An extractor duct with a control valve for the process air extraction is mounted on the press side of one of the ventilation ducts. An extractor duct with a control valve for the process air extraction has been fitted on the extractor side of the heating unit. This is necessary to be able to refresh the contents of the oven as required. These facilities ensure that Soloan ovens provide perfectly even temperature distribution.

The exterior of our powder coating ovens is silver with a grey structure. The powder-coating oven is easy to operate thanks to the control unit with control lights, temperature regulation and timer.
