Do you want to coat hanging parts by volume? Then Soloan can realize a flow coater with a rail system. Flow coating is a convenient method of automatically applying base lacquer to a large number of (large) parts by volume. This coating system moves the hanging parts using the transport system through a flow coat tunnel with spray nozzles from top to bottom. Surplus lacquer is collected and reused.

Our flow coaters are fitted with a control to run your coating process completely automatically, including transport.
