Remote and on-site support
In practice, we are usually able to resolve malfunctions easily by telephone or e-mail. The same also applies for malfunctions of gas burners or electrics. If a malfunction is the result of overdue maintenance, our mechanics are quickly on site to rectify the problem by carrying out a service.
